Elevate the People Operations function across the U.S. and Canada. Foster an inclusive environment while ensuring operational excellence and a seamless journey for approximately 2,500 employees.
In this leadership role, you will guide all core People Operations functions, impacting a workforce of about 2,500. Your focus will be on governance, data integrity, and creating scalable service strategies that improve employee engagement. Collaborating with teams such as Talent Acquisition and IT, you'll drive effective process alignment and champion the adoption of innovative People Technology.
Key Responsibilities:• Enhance core People Operations functions for North America • Ensure seamless alignment across diverse stakeholders • Cultivate operational excellence and data governance • Lead the transformation in People Technology • Optimize the employee lifecycle experience across regions
Requirements:• Expert experience in People Operations or HR management • Demonstrated ability to influence change and drive culture • Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes • Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills • Passion for inclusivity and employee advocacy
