Key Responsibilities:• Manage projects from conception to completion • Conduct and oversee advanced geotechnical site investigations • Prepare and review geotechnical reports and engineering designs • Mentor junior engineers in technical and professional development • Drive collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering required • P.Eng. designation in Ontario mandatory • Minimum 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering • Expertise in ground improvement techniques and soil mechanics • Strong proficiency in geotechnical design software
