Job Description The successful candidate will contribute to transformational, strategic, or delivery roles on major programs in the energy and natural resources sector. Responsibilities include:
Implementing transformative initiatives across category management, program contract development, supply‑chain rationalisation, supplier relationship management, supplier performance management, procurement centres of excellence, innovation and industrial strategy, collaboration business‑relationship strategies, and compliance management.
Implementing strategic initiatives such as market intelligence analysis, procurement and contract delivery models, supply‑chain integration strategy, commercial business cases, and contract performance strategy.
Delivering major programs and projects– market engagement, procurement and contract documentation, RFP and proposal management, commercial contract drafting, contract alignment, performance management and commercial peer reviews.
Contributing to capability catalogue development, technology integration, team support, business development, people initiatives, corporate program ownership, and external thought leadership.
Qualifications
10‑15 years of demonstrable experience in procurement, contracts, or supply‑chain management for large capital projects, preferably in energy and natural resources.
Direct engagement experience with senior client stakeholders and delivery of contractual frameworks that support economies of scale.
Client‑management experience, able to deliver clear, concise presentations and reports to all organisational levels, including C‑Suite.
Extensive knowledge of procurement and contract techniques, with an understanding of regional differences.
Experience in construction and professional services contracts, RFQ/RFP development, evaluation and recommendation.
Confidence and independence to work autonomously, with strong people‑management skills preferred.
Desired Qualifications and Accreditations
University degree in Engineering, Law, Construction Management, or Supply‑Chain Management.
Professional accreditations such as Chartered Institute of Procurement&Supply (CIPS), Association of Supply Chain Management (ASCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).

Salary Salary Range:
