Position Summary At YLK & BATTER, the guest experience begins at the door. We’re looking for hosts who are warm, organized, and confident in creating a welcoming first impression while keeping service flowing smoothly. What You’ll Do · Greet guests warmly and manage reservations and waitlists · Maintain organized guest flow during busy brunch service · Communicate effectively with servers and management regarding seating and timing · Answer guest questions about menus, wait times, and daily features · Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and host stand · Help create an atmosphere that feels polished, social, and inviting · Assist food service by running food and clearing tables. What We’re Looking For · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Comfortable working in fast-paced environments · Organized, attentive, and guest-focused · Positive energy and professional presentation · Weekend availability required · Previous hospitality experience is an asset Working Conditions - Ability to stand for long period of time - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
