Step into Security - Make an Impact We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard/Patrol Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises. This role involves monitoring property, preventing loss, and maintaining a secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observation skills, and experience in surveillance or law enforcement. This position offers an opportunity to serve as a key part of our security team, ensuring safety protocols are upheld at all times. Job Duties: - Patrol the facility to ensure that all security policies and procedures are being followed - Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a timely manner - Conduct investigations into security breaches, theft, or other suspicious activities - Maintain detailed logs of all security-related incidents, activities, and patrols - Interact with visitors, staff, and contractors to ensure that everyone is aware of the facility's security protocols - Provide customer service to visitors and staff, including answering questions and directing them to their desired location Requirements: - Prior experience working as a patrol guard or in a similar security role - Familiarity with security systems, cameras, and alarms - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong customer service skills - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid security guard license - Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Ability to use technology, including security systems, cameras, and radios G Force Security is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
