Location: Toronto or Montreal (Remote if not in those areas) Status: Permanent, Full-Time Compensation: $44,000 to $45,000 annually Vacancy Status: Existing vacancy with immediate availability Hours: 37.5 hour work week - Monday to Friday with regular daytime hours. Hybrid Work Model: Candidates located within 75 km of the office are expected to attend on-site meetings at least twice monthly, based on business needs. What You’ll Do As a Bilingual Group Travel Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth group travel operations from start to finish. You will collaborate with suppliers, support clients, and coordinate reservations while helping deliver exceptional travel experiences. Responsibilities - Coordinate group reservations, confirmations, and cancellations for accommodations, transportation, dining, and activities - Activate and review group files within internal reservation systems - Maintain and update passenger lists, booking records, and operational documentation - Process supplier deposits and operational follow-ups - Send passenger and operational information to suppliers and partners - Communicate with international clients by phone and email regarding group files and updates - Support tour staff and assist with issue resolution during active travel operations - Assist with invoicing and administrative follow-up - Review customer feedback and support post-travel inquiries and dispute resolution - Ensure accurate file management and smooth operational coordination - Participate in occasional weekend support during peak summer operations Qualifications - Excellent bilingual communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken - Post-secondary education or relevant experience in operations, tourism, customer service, administration, or a related field - Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Professional, customer-focused, and solution-oriented communication style - Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed - Resourceful mindset with solid problem-solving abilities - Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel - Experience with reservation or operations systems is considered an asset - Knowledge of Canada's tourism products and geography is considered an asset - Knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, or Japanese is considered an asset - Interest in travel, tourism, or group coordination is highly valued Perks - Competitive compensation package - Hybrid work flexibility - Permanent full-time opportunity - Team-oriented and supportive team culture - Career growth and professional development opportunities - Exposure to international operations and client communication - Dynamic work environment with meaningful responsibilities - Prospect to build valuable experience within travel operations and coordination - Inclusive workplace that values diversity and teamwork Why Work with Us Our client values collaboration, professionalism, and continuous growth.
