Full-Time Security Liaison Team Lead, Toronto

Take a frontline role in ensuring safety at Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada as a Full-Time Security Liaison Team Lead. Supervise, assist, and maintain a secure environment for all guests.

In this position, you'll be responsible for managing the aquarium’s security team during peak hours, reporting directly to the Manager of Security Services. Your leadership will ensure proper crowd control, first aid response, and effective communication during incidents. You will be a key player in creating a welcoming yet secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead security staff and respond to their queries • Serve as chief responder for first aid needs • Make essential supervisory decisions as needed • Oversee daily security activities and reports • Support event security and assist special needs guests

Requirements:• Diploma in Law and Security or equivalent experience • Certification in AED, CPR, and First Aid required • Must pass a security clearance by Toronto Police Services • Capable of managing physical demands of the role • Professional, energetic team player
