About the position: We are seeking a friendly, welcoming, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will act as an ambassador and will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment while efficiently handling administrative branch support tasks.

Greets all external visitors

Answers all incoming call and routes the call to the right staff member

Informs the right staff members of visitors or directs visitors to the right office

Gathers information from callers about their problems

Receives, signs for, opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail

Perform such clerical duties for departments such as filling, ordering lunch for visitors, staff and customers during meetings

Assist with date entry of certain information for Accounts Payable

Assist in compiling management reporting packages

Provide ad hoc support for Finance initiatives

College Diploma

Experience in an office environment

Effective communication skills (written and oral) and proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships

Proven ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment, coupled by the ability to work collaboratively

Must be proficient in Outlook, Excel and data-entry

Attention to detail is key

Total compensation range $40,000 to $60,000
