In the role of Client Retention Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with retainer clients at N4 Studio. This senior-level position requires a keen understanding of digital strategies, client needs, and effective team leadership. You will oversee a Client Success Manager while driving upsells and managing diverse accounts in web, SEO, and AEO.
Key Responsibilities:• Oversee a diverse portfolio of retainer clients • Manage roadmap prioritization and performance evaluations • Mentor a direct report for improved daily operations • Facilitate upsells and strategic account expansions • Collaborate across departments to meet client goals
Requirements:• 6+ years in client success or similar role • Proven strengths in account growth and retention • Technical expertise in digital platforms • Robust knowledge of SEO and AEO processes • Experience mentoring and developing direct reports
