Pay: $21.88– $27.03 per hour, depending on grade level and degree program
Responsibilities Project and Initiative Support
Support the execution of sales enablement and digital projects led by the Manager
Own defined workstreams or project components, such as research, analysis, documentation, or pilot support
Contribute to a capstone project or initiative, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders at the end of the term
Sales Tools Improvement
Build / enhance sales technology&tools. Identify and prioritise new tool enhancements and features that align with sales needs
Help maintain dashboards and reports that track usage, adherence to process, and performance outcomes
Conduct basic testing and validation to ensure tools are user‑friendly and aligned with sales workflows
Performance Tracking and Continuous Improvement Support
Support tracking KPIs and usage metrics for sales enablement initiatives by maintaining dashboards and reports
Help analyse adoption, productivity, and performance data to identify trends, successes, and improvement opportunities
Qualifications
Enrollment in College or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Modelling, Data Analytics, or related discipline
Good academic standing required with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time
Strong communication / interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
