Concierge
is a highly visible, on-the-floor role responsible for delivering a seamless, welcoming, and well-managed workplace experience. Acting as a key point of contact for colleagues, executives, and visitors, the Workplace Ambassador supports shared spaces, seating and floor operations, colleague engagement, and essential workplace administration.
This is an active, walking role that requires regular movement across multiple floors throughout the workday. It is well suited to individuals who enjoy staying mobile, engaged, and responsive in a dynamic corporate environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain the day-to-day upkeep of shared spaces, including cafés, coffee stops, inclusive spaces and meeting rooms etc.
Manage coffee and café operations, including ordering coffee, cleaning products, printers supplies, smallwares, and related inventory
Ensure shared spaces are clean, organized, stocked, and consistently well-maintained throughout the day
Support meeting room readiness, including setups, resets, and regular floor walk-throughs
Conduct ongoing floor inspections to proactively identify cleanliness, supply, or maintenance needs
Submit and track facility, cleaning, and repair requests as required
Provide on-the-floor support to colleagues navigating the workplace
Assist colleagues in finding and accessing workspaces, including navigating seating arrangements and hub boundaries
Support colleagues and line of business teams with day-to-day workplace needs and inquiries
Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required for setup and supply handling

Post‑secondary education and at least 1 year of experience in office administration, hospitality, workplace services, or a related field
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

Tech savvy and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
