Along the way, you’ll provide engaging commentary about the area’s history and points of interest. Daily Start&End

Pick up a company vehicle in North York (near Dufferin&Finch) at 6:30 AM, return around 6:30 PM Potential opening for an evening shift, if preferred, from around 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM Route

Drive to downtown Toronto for guest pick-ups Drive to Niagara Falls while providing commentary on a headset Head to additional Niagara destinations as scheduled Free time for lunch and rest Return to Toronto for drop-offs Key Responsibilities

Safe Driving: Operate the bus in compliance with the Highway Traffic Act and complete daily vehicle inspections Guest Interaction: Provide friendly, informative commentary about Toronto, Niagara Falls, and surrounding regions, and answer questions and ensure passengers are comfortable throughout the tourRoute&Logistics Management: Coordinate pickups and communicate with passengers via text/call as needed, adapt to any changes or unexpected delays on the route Vehicle Maintenance: Basic bus cleaning (e.g., sweeping floors, cleaning windows) at the end of each day Collaboration: Work closely with other staff to maintain a smooth, enjoyable tour experienceQualifications&Requirements

Niagara Parks Tour Guide License (Preferred; training available) Valid C (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License in Ontario (Required) 3+ Years of Commercial Bus Driving Experience in Canada, with the ability to provide letters of experience from a previous bus driving insurance policy (Required)Clean Driver’s Abstract (Required) Fluent, Clear Spoken English, + other languages an asset Previous Tour Guide / Bus Operator Experience (Preferred, Not Required) Professional References: At least one from a prior employer Compensation We offer competitive base pay plus gratuities and bonuses.Why Join Queen Tour Niagara?
