You will supervise the GSOC teams, ensuring effective responses to physical security occurrences while fostering a culture of collaboration. Your role involves implementing process improvements, training team members, and managing the triage of security incidents. Strong leadership and multitasking abilities are essential to thrive in this environment.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead security professionals and ensure a high-performance culture • Oversee timely and effective responses to incidents • Identify and implement operational process enhancements • Support team development and coaching for skill improvement • Manage post-incident reviews and learnings
Requirements:• 5+ years in security operations, including 2+ in a leadership role • Strong communication and interpersonal interaction skills • Proven ability to manage high-stress situations • Knowledge of risk management and security protocols • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office required
