Our client, a well-established legal firm, is seeking an experienced and polished Receptionist to become the face of their office. This opportunity is best suited for someone who is focused in front‑office administration and understands the importance of creating a welcoming, professional, and elevated experience for clients and visitors.
This is not a high-volume reception role; rather, the firm is looking for a service‑oriented individual who takes pride in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression!
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience at all times
Manage incoming calls through a multi‑line phone system, handling inquiries efficiently and directing calls appropriately
Coordinate guest arrivals and meeting logistics, ensuring internal team members are informed promptly
Maintain a polished, organized, and client‑ready reception and meeting area
Assist with general office coordination and day‑to‑day administrative support duties as needed
Provide occasional executive support, including calendar management, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed
Anticipate office needs and proactively contribute to the smooth operation of the front desk and overall office environment
Support a high‑standard client experience by demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail in all interactions
Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, concierge, or client‑facing administrative role
Experience within a professional services environment such as legal, financial services, or corporate office settings
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with high‑profile clients and guests
Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities effectively and maintain composure in a professional environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office technology
Work Environment
