Our primary objective is to provide staffing solutions to these businesses, filling various roles such as dishwashers, cooks, chefs, servers, bartenders, cashiers, runners, shippers/receivers, administrative staff, and any other job positions as per the client's requirements.
Job Description Role Overview We are seeking a reliable, professional Operations / Administrative Support person to assist with both business and household logistics. This is not a childcare-focused role, but rather a structured administrative position with some hands‑on household support.
Over time, the role will be approximately 75% administrative / business support and 25% household logistics, with flexibility during the onboarding period.
Location and Hours
Hours:
Approximately 20 hours per week (some weeks may require more or fewer hours)
Work Style:
Hybrid (remote + in‑person); in‑person to start
Start Time:
9:00 AM
In‑Person Window:
4:00–6:00 PM (Wednesday to Thursday)
Locations:
Roncesvalles | Home (school approximately 500m away)
Client's office downtown (University&Adelaide)
Key Responsibilities– Administrative / Business Support
Manage calendars and book meetings
Coordinate travel (flights, hotels, and ground transportation)
Draft and send emails based on direction
Print, scan, file, and organize documents
Track expenses and organize receipts
Assist with light invoicing and bookkeeping preparation
Coordinate couriers, shipments, and document drop‑offs
Household Logistics
Provide after‑school snacks for the children
Support basic household organization
Conduct occasional in‑person check‑ins with the client
Must Haves
Ability to save files, edit documents, and manage digital systems
Familiar with the city (not new to the area)
Comfortable handling invoicing and receipts
Nice to Haves (Not Deal Breakers)
Valid driver’s license
Proven experience in administrative or operations support roles
Lives reasonably close in Roncesvalles (not commuting long distances)
