Reporting to the Associate Director, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing company in Financial Services.

Responsibilities

Provide a full range of fund accounting services to private equity clients, including NAV review and preparation, reviewing accruals, security pricing, cash and security position reconciliations.

Review and prepare pricing of portfolios ensuring all holdings are priced, observing the applicable fund documents and valuation policies.

Review and prepare capital call and distribution calculations and allocations.

Review and prepare fee schedules including calculation of management fee and waterfall, ensuring all calculations observe applicable fund documents.

Review and prepare investor allocations for each NAV cycle ensuring capital transactions are booked correctly and P&L is allocated correctly.

Review and prepare NAV packages and other ad hoc deliverables as defined in the service level agreements.

Complete other ad hoc requests and projects.

Communicate with internal MUFG teams and external clients, ensuring all deliverables and requests are met.

Review and prepare audited financial statements, audit assistance, and other regulatory services, as applicable.

Qualifications

University degree or professional designation such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc will be considered an asset.

At least 3 years of experience in a Fund Administration role, with at least 2 years in a Private Equity role.

Experience working on a Private Equity accounting system, preferably Investran.

Strong knowledge of Private Equity structures, regulatory requirements and waterfall calculations.

Experience reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements and OMs.

Experience in supervisory skills and/or coaching or mentoring.
