The Big Task As a Service Plumber, you will install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment used for water distribution and wastewater disposal in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. You will ensure efficiency and productivity while complying with regulatory codes.

What You’ll Do

Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.

Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and explaining all problems and options to clients.

Collaborating with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.

Responding to, diagnosing, and resolving plumbing emergencies.

Following building plans and blueprints.

Performing routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.

Preparing budgets and cost estimates.

Keeping accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.

Training apprentices and helpers.

Performing all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all health and safety rules and regulations.

Adhering to all federal, provincial, municipal, and city plumbing codes.

Other tasks as assigned.

What Makes YOU Great

A licensed plumber with 2‑3 years of experience.

Experience with residential plumbing work is an asset.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Good communication skills, both oral and written.

Ability to work as part of a team alongside other technicians.

Excellent customer service skills.

Good manual dexterity.

Strong attention to detail and precision.

Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings.

Valid G driving license and clean driving record.

Availability on call during weekends and holidays as required.

Additional Information Annual salary range: $80,000– $120,000.
