As a full-time, fixed-term social worker, you will support seniors, helping them transition from hospital to home. Requirements:• BSW or MSW with OCSWSSW registration • Experience in community-based elderly care • Demonstrated crisis intervention expertise • Intermediate technical skills in office software • Commitment to continuous professional advancement
