This full-time position involves managing activities and leading a motivated teamwork towards achieving goals in senior care. You are expected to ensure participation in various events, while complying with all regulatory requirements. Effective budget management and collaboration with community partners will also be part of your mission to enrich the resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:• Achieve high resident and family satisfaction • Organize diverse activities for residents • Lead and engage recreation staff and volunteers • Ensure adherence to departmental budget • Cultivate community partnerships for volunteer opportunities

Requirements:• Post-secondary education in Recreation Therapy • One year of healthcare experience required • At least two years in program planning within senior care • Strong leadership and communication skills • Current Vulnerable Sector Search (within 6 months)
