Experience: 2 to less than 3 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. No remote work option.
Job Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools.
Perform welding processes such as MIG, TIG, Stick (SMA W), or Flux-Core as required.
Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications.
Inspect welds to ensure structural soundness and quality standards.
Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal surfaces.
Repair worn or damaged metal parts and equipment.; Operate related equipment such as grinders, cutters, and material handling tools.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all health and safety procedures, including PPE and lockout requirements.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production priorities and issues.
