In this full-time, one-year contract role, you will manage the effective delivery of recreational programming at various community settings. By assessing clients' needs and implementing tailored activities, you will promote social interaction, independence, and overall health. Key Responsibilities:• Lead recreation staff in daily operational tasks • Assess clients for appropriate program involvement • Implement therapeutic techniques enhancing individual experiences • Document and analyze client engagement and progress • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated care

Requirements:• Post-secondary education in Recreation or Therapeutic Recreation • Experience working with diverse client groups • Supervisory experience preferred but not required • Proficient in Microsoft Office and client management systems • Willingness to work flexible hours
