What You’ll Do
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures
Troubleshoot, diagnose and explain all problems and options to the clients
Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals
Respond to, diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies
Follow building plans and blueprints
Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
Prepare budgets and cost estimates
Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used
Train apprentices and helpers
Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all health and safety rules and regulations
Adhere to all federal, provincial, municipal and city plumbing codes
Other tasks as assigned
What Makes YOU Great
A Licensed Plumber with 2–3 years of experience
Experience with Residential Plumbing work is an asset
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Good communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work as part of a team alongside other technicians (e.g., electricians, framers, etc.)
Excellent customer service skills
Good manual dexterity
Strong attention to detail and precision
Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings
Valid G Driving License and clean driving record
Ability to be available on call during weekends and on holidays as required
