Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor - Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or team members - Assist customers by responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing general information - Manage dealership emails and ensure messages are distributed accurately and promptly - Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and maintaining digital records - Process payments and receipts through our computer and debit systems, ensuring daily close-out procedures are followed accurately - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, showroom, and customer lounge - Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries - Support other dealership departments with clerical or customer service assistance as needed Qualifications: - Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills - Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role (automotive, dental, or medical office experience is an asset) - Strong customer service focus with the ability to handle customer interactions calmly and professionally - Proficient with basic computer systems and office software (knowledge of dealership management systems is a plus) - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed This is a full-time position.
