This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with bookkeeping and accounting support in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting office coordination, and providing excellent administrative support to the team. Responsibilities Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Prepare, issue, and track invoices and payments Use Sage 50 to manage accounting entries and financial information Maintain spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Complete bank runs and deposits as required Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Assist with scheduling and general office coordination Support management with additional administrative and accounting duties as needed Qualifications Previous experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or accounting support Experience using Sage 50 accounting software Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong data entry accuracy and organizational skills Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle for occasional bank runs Excellent communication and time-management skills Ability to work independently and multitask effectively Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Clear criminal background check required Disclaimer: This is currently for an active job opportunity.
