In this key role, you'll be integral to MLSE's security operations, managing a team dedicated to maintaining safety at various events. Candidates will leverage their supervisory experience to inspire a cooperative and compliant work environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships are essential for ensuring policies are followed and incidents are reported.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead and train Event Security staff effectively • Ensure compliance with safety regulations • Maintain communication with staff and attendees • Oversee incident reporting and follow-up procedures • Collaborate with law enforcement and contractors during events

Requirements:• 3–5 years of relevant supervisory experience • Possession of a valid Security License (Bill C-159) • Smart Serve Certification required within four years • Expertise in MS Office applications • Organizes effectively while managing multiple priorities
