As the Assistant Guest Service Manager, you're tasked with coordinating essential front-office operations. Your role is foundational in upholding service standards while responding to guest needs and complaints promptly. You'll also take part in training initiatives that enhance team productivity and guest experiences, all while focusing on creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead collaboration efforts among various departments • Motivate and train team members for optimal productivity • Regularly measure and respond to guest satisfaction • Employ strategies to enhance room rental revenue • Oversee execution of emergency and safety measures
Requirements:• Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent experience • 1 to 3 years in management roles necessary • Strong understanding of guest concerns and needs • Ability to manage problems and requests efficiently • Familiarity with Office Suite and OPERA PMS advantageous
