Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven professional to support a fast-paced business leader within a construction and operations environment.
This role acts as an extension of leadership, managing priorities, tracking critical details, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple projects and responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize a high-volume workflow while ensuring deadlines are met accurately and efficiently
Track action items, follow-ups, and project timelines across multiple initiatives
Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, documents, and communications with strong attention to detail
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
Anticipate operational needs and proactively resolve issues before escalation
Maintain organized systems for files, communication, and project tracking
Support operational process improvements and day-to-day execution
Act as a reliable operational support resource for leadership
Qualifications
Experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar support role
Construction or fast-paced operational environment experience considered a strong asset
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-moving environment
Professional and clear communication skills
Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
