As part of our growing Geotechnical Team, Egis seeks a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with substantial consulting experience to steer major infrastructure initiatives. You will provide technical leadership, oversee project management activities, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver successful outcomes. This role also includes mentoring opportunities and engagement in business development within the geotechnical field.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead airfield, rail, and energy engineering projects • Conduct design analysis and prepare professional reports • Manage project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols • Conduct essential site reviews and investigations • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients

Requirements:• Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario, 15+ years of experience • Proven ability in designing infrastructure foundations • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in geotechnical software for modeling and analysis • Experience in mentoring and developing juniorengineers
