Job Title: Casual Gardener (Weeding – 1 Day Per Week) Company: OTC Landscaping Location: Barrie Job Type: Casual (1 day per week, up to 10 hours) Job Description: OTC Landscaping is looking for a reliable and self-motivated gardener to assist with routine garden maintenance across multiple residential and commercial properties. This position is focused strictly on weeding garden beds to maintain a clean and professional appearance. This is a flexible, casual position where you will select one day per week to complete all assigned properties. Responsibilities: - Hand-pull weeds from garden beds at various properties - Maintain a clean and tidy appearance in all serviced areas - Work efficiently to complete all assigned locations within the day - Travel between multiple job sites in the local area Requirements: - Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (required) - Ability to work independently without supervision - Physically capable of bending, kneeling, and working outdoors for extended periods - Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean garden spaces What We Provide: - All necessary tools and equipment - Gas reimbursement for travel between job sites - Flexible scheduling — choose your preferred workday each week - Consistent weekly work (up to 10 hours) Additional Details: - This role is strictly for weeding only — no mowing or heavy landscaping required - Work is weather-dependent and may be adjusted as needed Job Type: Casual Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 10 per week Benefits: - Flexible schedule - In office parking Application question(s): - Do you yourself own a vehicle and can you drive it to site?
