Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Plumber to lead and execute complex plumbing projects across commercial and residential sites. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, construction processes, and related trades such as carpentry, HVAC, welding, and schematics interpretation. This role requires a skilled with strong technical skills, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency in using various hand and power tools. As a Master Plumber, you will oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes. Responsibilities - Lead plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance projects in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. - Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing work with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC. - Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics to assemble, install, or repair plumbing systems. - Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols. - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately to ensure proper system layout and functionality. - Conduct inspections to diagnose issues within plumbing systems and develop effective solutions. - Supervise junior technicians or apprentices on-site, providing guidance on technical tasks and safety procedures. - Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. - Maintain detailed documentation of work performed for project records and future reference. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Master Plumber with extensive knowledge of plumbing systems in commercial or residential settings. - Strong mechanical knowledge combined with skills in carpentry, HVAC systems, welding, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and assembly. - Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction-related tools. - Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on job sites. - Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical drawings. - Valid license or certification as a Master Plumber required; relevant certifications in welding or HVAC are a plus. - Experience with commercial driving is advantageous but not mandatory. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately. - Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
