About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Executive Operations Coordinator to work directly with the Owner of a growing organization operating within healthcare, residential, and government-funded service sectors. This is a unique role for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of business operations. The successful candidate will serve as the Owner's primary support person and will assist with financial administration, budgeting, reporting, project coordination, funding initiatives, and strategic business activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can work independently, and is comfortable handling both day-to-day operational responsibilities and larger business initiatives. ResponsibilitiesFinancial Administration - Assist with budgeting and financial plannings - Prepare and maintain financial reports and dashboards - Assist with forecasting - Work with accountants, financial institutions, and external advisors - Support financing, lending, and business transaction activities Funding & Government Programs - Assist with funding-related projects and reporting - Support initiatives involving MCCSS, DSO, Passport, Ministry of Health, and other government-funded programs - Research and monitor funding opportunities - Coordinate required documentation and submissions Project Coordination - Lead and coordinate special projects on behalf of ownership - Track timelines, deliverables, and project budgets - Conduct research and prepare business reports - Assist with strategic growth initiatives and partnerships - Follow up on action items and ensure projects remain on schedule Executive Support - Act as a trusted point of support for the Owner - Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence - Coordinate meetings and maintain project documentation - Assist with confidential business matters - Help evaluate and implement current opportunities and initiatives QualificationsRequired - Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, finance, operations, project coordination, or business support - Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Valid Ontario Driver's Licence Preferred - Experience working with MCCSS-funded organizations - Experience with DSO, Passport, Ministry of Health, healthcare, developmental services, residential services, or community services - Experience with government funding administration and reporting - Experience supporting business transactions, financing, lending, or mortgage-related activities - QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year Experience: - DSO/MCCSS/MOH funding: 1 year (required) - Quickbooks: 1 year (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Barrie, ON L4M 4Z8 Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pdqcr
