Position: Senior Manager, ORM&IT Cyber Security Location: 500 Lake Shore Boulevard West, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 2V9 Role Overview

Reporting to the Director, ORM, the Senior Manager will oversee Technology and Cyber Security programs within PC Financial. The incumbent will independently challenge how these risks are managed by the first line, influence risk practices, and enhance controls across the organization. Responsibilities

Own Technology&Cyber Security Risk and Control Assessments (RCAs) for key areas—Technology Operations, Cyber Security, Access Management, Change Management, Disaster Recovery, and Cloud—to deliver insights, meet regulatory expectations (e.g., B13, B10&E21), and challenge potential gaps. Drive ongoing monitoring and reporting of open technology and cyber security issues with the first line, escalating delays to leadership. Establish processes to collect and independently validate technology and cyber security data for risk appetite metrics reporting.Participate in vendor meetings, identify gaps in vendor cyber programs, and work with vendors to remediate and support security governance—annual assessments, monitoring, site visits, and due diligence. Provide advisory support to the first line for technology and cyber security project risk assessments and evaluate operational risks introduced by new initiatives or changes.Build collaborative relationships across Technology, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Control Compliance, and Internal Audit teams. Qualifications

Hands‑on experience leading a team of control testers, driving continuous improvement, and building effective relationships with the first line—typically gained through internal audit or consulting roles. Working knowledge of technology risk and cyber security control frameworks (e.g., NIST, COBIT,ISF, ISO 27001/5) and associated regulations (B13, B10&E21). Professional certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, or CISM and prior financial services experience are preferred. Proven ability to identify control gaps and effectively challenge the first line.
