Communicating with management prior to shift regarding daily menu needs, special functions, or events for the day Ensuring the kitchen is ready for business before restaurant opens (e.g., sanitizing work area, stocking work area, preparing raw ingredients) Preparing food items to company standards while also accommodating guests’ special requestsInspecting food orders to ensure proper plate presentation, portioning, and recipe adherence prior to sending food out to guests Skills&Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent– a culinary diploma is an asset Passion for culinary excellence Available to work a variety of restaurant operating hours Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience working in a high‑volume restaurant preferred Thrive in a fast‑paced environmentSolid organization and time management skills Benefits
