Key Responsibilities:• Perform tasks assigned by Sous Chef or General Manager • Prepare food for events according to O&B standards• Follow recipes and control portion sizes • Maintain cleanliness of prep areas and utensils • Adhere to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements:• 1-2 years cooking experience in fast-paced environments • Culinary diploma/degree is an asset • Basic knife handling and cooking skills • Ability to thrive under pressure • Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
