Key Responsibilities:• Assist visitors with information and ticketing inquiries • Manage queues and provide wayfinding support • Collaborate with staff for effective visitor flow • Support entry points and coat check operations • Promote a welcoming and accessible environment

Requirements:• Currently studying or recently graduated in a related area • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills • B-level or higher fluency in French required • Ability to work in fast-paced settings • Prior experience in visitor-facing roles is preferred
