What You Will Do
Involvement in client, team and project coordination, including documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape and civil consultants Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and all authorities having jurisdictionProduce design and technical drawings Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challenges Maintain project manual and specifications Conduct and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFI’s during construction Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture Licensed Architect 8+ years of experience in a commercial design firm Experience in commercial office buildings, building transformations, mixed‑use, and/or high‑rise residential preferred Experience with Revit required, plus experience with BluebeamRevu, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS OfficeLEED, WELL, Passive House or related accreditation preferred Compensation&Benefits
The base salary range will be estimated between $82,500 to $95,000. Gensler’s total compensation package is multi‑layered and includes a base salary, two annual bonuses paid in December and June. Our comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, wellness programs, paid holidays and paid time off. We also offer contributions to the RRSP and twice‑annual bonus opportunities. As part of the firm’s commitment to licensure and professional development, Gensler offers reimbursement for certain professional licenses and associated renewals and exam fees.
