Vanity Centre is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily store operations. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of retail management, and excellent communication abilities. This role involves ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth to meet business objectives.Required - sales experience in tile, flooring, bathroom, vanity, kitchen, plumbing etc. Position is full time. Salary is $50,000 to $60,000 (depending on experience) plus commission. Start date versatile for the right person. Duties

Lead and supervise store staff Oversee daily store operations Manage sales activities, set pricing strategies, and monitor sales targets to maximize revenue Drive sales and manage client relationships Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently Develop marketing initiatives Manage bookkeeping and prepare reports on sales performanceEnsure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures Requirements

Required - sales experience in tile, flooring, bathroom, vanity, kitchen, plumbing etc. Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Computer literacy Knowledge of marketing strategies, pricing policies, sales management, and customer service excellenceAbility to handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, budgeting, inventory control, and recordkeeping Exceptional interpersonal skills including phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities Solid time management skills with the capacity to work independently and as part of a teamPay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Perks: Paid time off Work Location: In person
