Key Responsibilities:• Support visitors to CNIB, DBCS, and VLRC offices • Facilitate the office relocation to a new downtown site • Manage employee onboarding and orientations • Organize meetings, appointments, and travel logistics • Prepare and maintain records for Board meetings
Requirements:• At least 5 years in administrative roles • Advanced communication and interpersonal abilities • Expertise in note-taking and meeting formats • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Flexible hours commitment when required
