Key Responsibilities:• Conduct proactive patrols across the Toronto Eaton Centre • Enforce and maintain safety regulations • Respond effectively to emergencies • Provide first aid when necessary • Assist in managing crowd flow during busy periods

Requirements:• CPR and First Aid certification required • Security Guard license as per PSISA regulations • Training completion in Use of Force annually • Proven knowledge of Health and Safety Act • Strong interpersonal skills and tactful communication
