Key Responsibilities:• Oversee food preparation methods and portion controls • Implement cost reduction strategies for kitchen operations • Educate staff on compliance with safety and service standards • Gather guest feedback to enhance dining experiences • Ensure cleanliness and operational functionalityof kitchen areas
Requirements:• At least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef • Proven leadership and time management skills • Culinary degree or equivalent qualifications • Red Seal Certification essential • Effective communication and mentoring abilities
