Job Summary

Identify client needs, respond to request for proposals, and provide estimates for solution development. Lead teams in creating platform solutions, best practices, and implementation of multiple Cisco and platform suites of products to enable differentiated solutions for financial services clients.Mentor the next generation of consultants, providing insights and challenging them to be better. Identify, develop and win significant bids and pursuits to meet defined sales targets. Coach, guide and assist team members in preparation for client meetings, presentations and proposals. Consult with account team and engagement partner on pricing strategy.Facilitate executive and operational meetings and workshops across a range of topics. Qualifications

Proven track record of implementing Salesforce solutions across the full software development lifecycle with a minimum of 5 years of experience. At least 3 years in a technical architect role, leading complex Salesforce deployments with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Proven experience in implementing agile development methodologies and adapting SDLC processes to agile frameworks through DevOps practices and source control management.Knowledge of object‑oriented design patterns, platform‑specific limits, and design considerations, and experience developing or reviewing code on the Salesforce Lightning Platform. Ability to guide development teams on optimal platform technology use and mitigate technical risks across architecture.Awareness of common integration patterns and proven experience with integrations on the Salesforce Platform, understanding of functional security models and architecting solutions for security. Insight into data migration considerations and design trade‑offs, including awareness of common ETL tools.Awareness of large data volume risks and mitigation strategies, and understanding of on‑ and off‑platform reporting considerations. One or more Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Integration Architect, Data Architect, Identity and Access Management Architect).One or more Salesforce Accredited Professional Credentials such as Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional or Revenue Cloud Consultant Accredited Professional. Familiarity with the Salesforce Platform’s design patterns and limits to ensure strategic platform use.Compensation

The salary range for this position is $168,000 - $218,000. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Base salary is determined by skills, experience, qualifications and work location. Employees may also participate in variable incentive pay programs designed to reward individual and firm‑wide achievements.Workplace&Accessibility
