Elevate guest experiences as a Corporate Concierge Supervisor in a Monday to Friday setting. Deliver exceptional service and support catering and event operations with flexibility.
We are looking for a driven Corporate Concierge Supervisor with a passion for customer service and organizing events. This role requires at least three years of relevant experience and the ability to adapt to dynamic circumstances. Proficiency in Event Management Software and Microsoft Suite is highly valued as you collaborate with various teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:• Greet guests warmly and create memorable experiences • Coordinate services per individual client needs and BEOs • Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously • Use personal touches in email communications • Collaborate with the Events Team on operational needs
Requirements:• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience • Strong communication and analytical skills • Excellent organization and adaptability • Proficient in Microsoft Suite • Familiarity with Event Management Software a plus
