Overview
As an Orthodontic Dental Assistant at Leaside Orthodontic Centre, you'll be responsible for assisting in a variety of orthodontic procedures. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and comfortable experience for our patients as they embark on their journey to a confident and radiant smile. Responsibilities
Digital Imaging: Utilizing cutting-edge technology for digital impressions and X-rays to aid in treatment planning and progress monitoring. Bracket Placement and Adjustments: Assisting the orthodontist in the precise placement of braces, as well as periodic adjustments to ensure proper tooth alignment.Clear Aligner (Such as Invisalign®) Maintenance: Managing cases, including monitoring patient compliance, providing guidance, and addressing any issues that may arise. Educating Patients: Offering detailed oral hygiene instructions, dietary advice, and tips for maintaining optimal oral health throughout the orthodontic treatmentprocess.Records Maintenance: Accurate and thorough documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes to support comprehensive orthodontic care. Collaboration&Culture

Valid Dental Assistant Level II License in Ontario Up-to-Date CPR certificate Professional Experience
