Welcome to York Muay Thai, Our beloved Muay Thai school is looking for a bright and regimented receptionist to help continue the growth of our second home. What we can offer you:
Free membership (including unlimited classes year round + access to gym equipment) Opportunities for development. Strengths and efforts do not go unnoticed here Flexible hours (part-time) Family-like culture, peers are attentive and ready to help In depth training, and direction from the ownerThe basics of a day-to-day:
Greet and sign in members with a friendly and positive attitude Ensure that all member’s accounts are up to date Follow up with members, handle any concerns promptly and professionally Handle sales and all transactions, balance till, and keep up to date with all payments Light tidying/organizational dutiesResearch growth opportunities for the school Answer phone and emails with an impressive attitude as you are the first point of contact for customers Update management on sales, merch inventory, office needs, etc. You will be given an opening/closing checklist with clear instruction on additional tasksWork as a team member alongside instructors, and management Hours we need covered:
M/T/W/Th/F 4:30-10 S/Su 9:30-2:30 Job Type: Part time Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour Benefits
Flexible schedule On-site parking Ability to commute/relocate:
North York, ON M3J 2R1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Education
Secondary School (preferred) Experience
Front desk: 1 year (preferred) Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred) Work Location
