Ciao! Oretta Midtown at 2131 Yonge St is looking for an experienced Server to join our team. We are seeking charismatic servers who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences. We are hiring for the summer season with the possibility of becoming permanent in the fall. About You

Minimum of 3 years of serving experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced fine dining or casual fine dining establishment and able to handle serving twenty seats at any given time. Available on weekdays and weekends, day, and night shifts, as well as holidays; full availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is strongly considered.No extended vacation time off requests over the summer. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills; able to interact effectively with staff, customers, and vendors. Experience with Toast is an asset. WSET certification is a strong asset. Passion and knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, cocktails, and spirits is a plus.Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager on duty. Following daily service checklists, including beautifications and shift cleanliness. Delivering hospitality‑focused, excellent and attentive customer service to all guests. Working as part of a team in a quick‑paced environment. Bringing a positive attitude and professional work ethic.Adhering to Oretta grooming standards. Following Oretta Steps of Service and demonstrating extensive food and beverage menu knowledge. Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of serving experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced fine dining or casual fine dining establishment. Smart Serve certification (required). Benefits
