Stock Bar, resulting from a partnership between Terroni and Cumbrae’s, is hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant and a solid understanding of service excellence. This role involves coaching staff, managing operations, and enhancing the overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:• Inspire excellence in service and team performance • Oversee restaurant operations and staff training • Ensure a welcoming and efficient dining atmosphere • Utilize POS systems to streamline service • Manage inventory and ensure quality standards

Requirements:• 2-3 years as a Floor Manager or similar role • Strong commitment to customer service excellence • Familiar with PO systems like Sylverware • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Passion for guest interaction and hospitality
