As a Concierge, you will report to the Leasing and Resident Experience Manager. Your role involves understanding resident needs, managing bookings, and ensuring a seamless living experience. Your attention to detail will be crucial in managing daily tasks and community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:• Anticipate and fulfill needs of residents and guests • Coordinate amenity bookings and manage guest suites • Respond promptly to resident inquiries and communications • Build positive relationships with local service providers • Maintain security access and assist in managing building operations

Requirements:• 2+ years of experience in luxury or hospitality roles • Exceptional communication and discretion skills • Proficiency in MS Office suite • Current First Aid and CPR certifications or willingness to get certified • Flexible availability for weekends and holidays
