We are looking for motivated and skilled Sushi Bar staff to join our team. This role involves preparing high-quality sushi and sashimi dishes, maintaining excellent food presentation standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the sushi bar. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes according to August 8’s standards. Ensure freshness, quality, and consistency of ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor inventory levels of fish, seafood, and other sushi ingredients; communicate with management for ordering needs.Qualifications&Skills
At least 6 months of experience
as a Sushi Chef, Sushi Cook, or relevant culinary position preferred (training may be provided for entry-level). Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques. Strong knife skills and attention to detail. What We Offer
