About the Role

We're a tile and flooring retail store looking for someone who can sell at the front counter and pull their weight in the warehouse. This is a hands‑on job. You'll talk to contractors and homeowners in the morning, then load a skid of porcelain in the afternoon. What You’ll Do

Help walk‑in customers and contractors pick the right tile, flooring, and setting materials for their project Quote jobs, write orders, and follow up on open quotes Build and keep relationships with repeat contractor accounts Receive incoming shipments, check counts, and put stock away Pull and stage customer orders, load vehicles, and help with deliveries when neededKeep the showroom and warehouse clean, organized, and safe Do cycle counts and flag inventory issues before they become problems What You Need

2+ years in sales. Retail experience preferred Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs Forklift experience (or willing to get certified Straight talker who can handle a contractor who's in a rush and a homeowner who needs hand‑holding in the same hour Reliable, on time, and doesn't disappear when the truck shows upWhat We Offer
