Prepare high volumes of soups, sauces, proteins, sides, and prepared meals according to Summerhill Market recipes and standards Execute daily production lists efficiently and accurately Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all prepared food items Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures at all timesAssist with prep work, organization, inventory rotation, and station cleanliness Work collaboratively with the Commissary and Prepared Foods teams to meet daily production targets Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a production environment What we’re looking for

Previous experience in a high-volume production kitchen, commissary, catering, or restaurant environment Strong knife skills and understanding of food preparation techniques Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanlinessReliable, punctual, and team-oriented Food Handler Certification is considered an asset Flexible availability for day shifts, weekends, and holidays as required Perks of working here
